Activity
Use Activity to inspect AI-generated labels, summaries, actions, and the evidence behind what Max did.

Review what Max surfaced, what work moved forward, and which source context should be checked before acting.
What Activity shows
Activity is the timeline of work Max has performed or helped prepare: task movement, generated notes, completed actions, and connected-system events.
Use Activity whenever the team needs to understand why Max suggested something or what changed before a handoff.
Example inspection
Max completes or prepares a task. The operator opens Activity, reads the generated note, checks the timestamp, and decides whether a reply, task, or escalation is needed.
If the summary is wrong, the fix is not in Activity. Use Activity as the evidence, then adjust Settings, connected context, or the related workflow.
What good looks like
A useful Activity entry should make the action understandable without hunting through every connected tool.
The team should be able to answer: what did Max do, what source did it use, and what should happen next?
FAQs
Why is Activity important?
Activity makes Max's work inspectable. It shows what happened, what source context was used, and whether a human should continue.
When should Activity lead to a change?
If the same review keeps happening, use the pattern to improve Settings, create a Playbook, or build a Studio workflow.
