What Integrations is for
Integrations is the catalog of systems that can give Max additional context or actions.
Use it when a Max behavior depends on an external source: email, calendar, CRM, documents, spreadsheets, project tools, or another operating system.
Example decisions
Connect Gmail when Max needs email summaries or follow-up. Connect Calendar when meeting prep matters. Connect CRM or workspace data when ownership and account context should shape the output.
For each integration, write the reason: what signal it provides, which Max surface will use it, and who reviews the result.
Third Party Apps tab
Use Third Party Apps to review external systems such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Outlook, HubSpot, Airtable, Apollo, Asana, and other sources as they become available.
Search and filters are part of the workflow. Filter by status when checking what is already connected, and filter by category when deciding which system should support a specific Max behavior.

Use Internal Tools when Max needs access to Frontline-owned capabilities rather than a third-party app.
Data Access controls which business data Max can use. Custom Tools controls which workspace tools Max can call. Treat both as permissioned building blocks for real work, not as a checklist to enable all at once.
Debugging
If Max output lacks context, check whether the integration is connected, whether the account has access to the source item, and whether the expected signal appears in Activity.
Do not solve missing context by adding unrelated integrations.
