What Home is for
Home is the place to orient before acting. It shows whether Max has useful connected signal and where the operator should continue.
Use it at the start of the day or before a customer block: check recent Activity, time saved, connected accounts, and any visible To-do's.
Example routine
A sales operator opens Home before calls. Gmail and Calendar are connected, Max has recent email labeling activity, and the To-do's badge shows one pending item.
The operator opens Activity to verify the source summary, then To-do's to decide whether the follow-up should be completed, edited, or reassigned.
Good setup
Home becomes useful after the right accounts are connected and Settings are narrow enough for Max to produce reliable labels, summaries, and follow-up.
If Home is quiet, do not invent work. Check Connected Accounts, then Settings, then Activity.
